Holland is a cauldron of bubbling rumours at the moment as Jos Verstappen and Christjian Albers try to figure out who is doing what in 2003. The latest indications are that Albers will end up returning to the German Touring Car Championship with Mercedes-Benz and will continue his work as a Minardi test driver while Jos Verstappen will be racing for the Minardi team. This has yet to be confirmed.

The only problem with this scenario is that there is a certain amount of bitterness between the Albers and Verstappen camps over what has been going on in recent weeks and Minardi boss Paul Stoddart is believed to be concerned that it could cause a problem for the two men to work together in the future. Fortunately it seems that there is no problem between Jos and Christjian themselves and so things should be sorted out.
