Jerez test continues

Renault joined Williams and Ferrari in Jerez Wednesday, for their first day of testing since the winter break. For the second day in a row, Ferrari's Luca Badoer led all drivers on the timesheet, while working alongside teammate Luciano Burti on tires and electronics.

Renault joined Williams and Ferrari in Jerez Wednesday, for their first day of testing since the winter break. For the second day in a row, Ferrari's Luca Badoer led all drivers on the timesheet, while working alongside teammate Luciano Burti on tires and electronics.

It was Jarno Trulli and Fernando Alonso behind the wheel for Renault Wednesday. Trulli spent just 8 laps shaking down the new chassis in the interim car while Alonso concentrated on suspension development in a R202.

Ralf Schumacher and Marc Gene continued WIlliams test program Wednesday as well. The two completed over 110 laps combined.

The test will continue Thursday.
