McLaren's appeal against Lewis Hamilton's 25-second penalty at the Belgian Grand Prix will be heard by the FIA International Court of Appeal on September 22. This is the Monday before the Singapore GP, and a decision is expected the following day. The court will have to decide whether or not McLaren has a right to appeal the decision.

There will be a lot of questions asked if the appeal goes ahead about why Race Director Charlie Whiting twice told McLaren that the move was "OK" but later wrote a report into the decision that resulted in the penalty.
