Walkinshaw no comment on allegations

ARROWS GRAND PRIX boss Tom Walkinshaw declined to comment on Monday about newspaper reports alleging he faces High Court action from two former employees.

The report, which appeared in the SUNDAY TELEGRAPH on February 18, detailed the employees' claims that Walkinshaw deliberately excluded them from management decisions, refused them access to documents, and embarrassed them professionally by withholding information.

It also stated that the writ claims the Arrows chairman diverted money earmarked for the Formula One team into his other businesses.

The report names former chief executive Keith Shepherd and ex-financial officer of Arrows Christopher Hicks as the two men involved, and said they are seeking damages for breach of contract, as well as payment of their salaries, bonuses, and share options.
