Theissen happy with Williams reliability
BMW's motorsport director Mario Theissen is happy with the progress Williams have made in the past few races after suffering reliability problems.
After an impressive start to the Formula One season by their drivers Jenson Button and Ralf Schumacher the team started to experience mechanical hitches.
They started to drop out of the points and Button in particular had to endure a pointless five-race run before picking up two points at the last meeting in Austria.
Theissen feels those problems have been addressed and is confident about the future.
"With regard to reliability," he said. "We are pleased with the progress we have made over the past few weeks.
"We have not had a broken engine during the last three Grand Prix weekends."
The team currently lie third in the constructors' championship with 19 points.
