British American Racing has agreed to drop its innovative front differential next year having caused rival teams a certain amount of disruption this year by running various different versions of the system. The team says that the front diff has been a useful way of distracting the other teams while BAR's performance has got better and better.

It seems that the team has learned that the best to win in F1 is to adopt the Ferrari attitude of "total war".
