Trulli keeps on running

WHILE most Formula One drivers take a well-earned end of season break, Italian Jarno Trulli is breaking the mold by entering another competition.

Jordan driver Trulli, who enjoys swimming, cycling and keeping fit, has entered the New York Marathon, which takes place on November 5th.

"It has been a dream for a year or two," said the 26-year-old, who now lives in Monaco.

However, Trulli admitted that he may not be as fit as he should be for the race around the Big Apple.

"I don't have time to train as much as I need to, but I'm very hopeful that I can finish it."

Trulli finished 12th in the Malaysia Grand Prix after being hampered by a collision with Ralf Schumacher on the first lap.
