The FIA Technical Working Group will meet tomorrow in London, the second such meeting in five days. The new meeting will be chaired as usual by Charlie Whiting and it is anticipated that the message from Whiting will be that the changes put forward by FIA President Max Mosley will go ahead with immediate effect, despite opposition from some of the teams. There has been some talk that it will not be possible to get rid of some of the software systems in the cars before the start of the 2003 season but two teams have already tested their cars without traction-control and launch-control and it is possible that these systems will simply be outlawed as teams are unable to prove that changing them will cost them more money.
