Pizzonia fastest in Barcelona testing
Jaguar's Antonio Pizzonia set the pace in Barcelona for the second day of preseason testing at the Spanish circuit. After running second to Ferrari's Luca Badoer Tuesday, the two swapped positions on the time sheet Wednesday.
Pizzonia's new teammate, Mark Webber, was the victim of technical problems for the second day in a row. While testing the new Cosworth V10, Webber only managed six laps before problems ended his day.
Olivier Panis and Cristiano Da Matta continued testing for Toyota. Panis continued development of the new RVX-03 engine and gearbox, while Da Matta concentrated on getting more laps under his belt in a TF102.
Anthony Davidson was behind the wheel for BAR for the second day in a row. Testing will continue Thursday.
