Pizzonia confirmed at Williams

As we have been predicting for some time Antonio Pizzonia has been confirmed as Williams's second test driver in 2004. The Brazilian fulfilled a similar role for the team in 2002 before his unfortunate sojourn with Jaguar Racing.
