Mosley is not expected to be back in Britain until late afternoon, although he may be able to discuss the matter with his advisors when he has an enforced stopover in Madrid on the way back to London. For the moment at least it looks as though there is no practical reason why the race should not go ahead but it remains to be seen whether the Formula 1 world wants to go ahead with the event from a political point of view.
