THURSDAY is the last day which Formula 1 teams have to finish off their packing before their equipment must be ready to bee sent off to Schipol Airport in Amsterdam. The freight will then undergo security clearance in Holland before being flown directly in to Indianapolis where it will then have to clear United Customs.

Formula 1 freight does not usually go through Schipol but the Americans are insisting that the cars and equipment are all X-rayed before being sent to the US. If all goes to plan the equipment should be available in Indianapolis on Tuesday next week so that the mechanics can get the cars ready for first practice on Friday.
