F1 aspirant Jeff Gordon gave his rivals in the NASCAR Nextel Cup an indication of his skills as a road racer on Sunday when he blitzed the opposition on the twists and turns at Sears Point in California, scoring his 67th NASCAR victory. Starting from pole position he led 92 of the 110 laps. Even veteran road racer Scott Pruett was unable to keep up and finished third behind Gordon and rookie Jamie McMurray.
