Fiorano record falls again
THE lap record at Ferrari's Fiorano test track was broken for the third successive day as Michael Schumacher topped his own best at the circuit in testing on Friday.
The German was not hampered by an engine change which forced him to take over Luca Badoer's car for a time, and he set his lap of 59.385 seconds before the day's testing was ended by a heavy storm.
Schumacher did six practice starts as well as 111 laps, but Badoer, who set the circuit record three days ago, ran just 37 laps and finished with a time of one minute 00.236 seconds.
