Ferrari set to snap-up McLaren specialist

DOUBLE CHAMPIONS Ferrari are set to heap further misery on McLaren by tempting software specialist Anton Sitpinovic to leave the Woking-based team.

Sitpinovic is a key player behind the scenes at McLaren and Ferrari have head-hunted the man who was hailed as the secret behind Mika Hakkinen's blistering starts in the 2000 season.

Ferrari are reportedly ready to offer Sitpinovic a salary three times what he earns with McLaren as they aim to repeat their double-winning achievements of this season.
