BskyB threatens to pull out of Kirch deal

BRITISH SKY BROADCASTING, Rupert Murdoch's satellite TV business, says it will pull out of the German pay-TV market if its partner Kirch PayTV does not get better results soon.

BRITISH SKY BROADCASTING, Rupert Murdoch's satellite TV business, says it will pull out of the German pay-TV market if its partner Kirch PayTV does not get better results soon. The company has been building up heavy losses. Such a move would be a big setback for the cash-poor Kirch, who is trying to finalise details of his deal to control the TV rights to F1 racing.
