Bourdais in America

Although it has yet to be confirmed Sebasten Bourdais is to race this year alongside Bruno Junqueira in the Newman Haas Racing team in the CART Champ Car series.

Although it has yet to be confirmed Sebasten Bourdais, the FIA International Formula 3000 Champion, is to race this year alongside Bruno Junqueira in the Newman Haas Racing team in the CART Champ Car series. The team won the title in 2002 with Cristiano da Matta and should give Bourdais the chance to make a name for himself in CART and then try to get into Formula 1, which remains his ultimate goal. Bourdais was a candidate for the Renault F1 test drive but lost out to Franck Montagny, rumors suggesting because he refused to agree to the terms of the contract that was offered to him by the team.

Bourdais is planning to live in Miami this year.
