Rubens Barrichello is at home in Brazil, having a winter holiday but the Ferrari driver intends to return for the new F1 season in the best physical form ever and last weekend competed in a triathlon in Santos. Barrichello ran, swam and cycled to finish 18 minutes behind the winner. Barrichello said that his weakest discipline was the swimming, despite having trained for the event for three weeks.

Barrichello intends to continue his intensive training so as to mount an even stronger challenge to Michael Schumacher next year.

Michael Schumacher continues his winter holiday and is not expected to be seen in action again until the middle of January.
