An amusing story doing the rounds is that FIA race director Charlie Whiting will meet a 'fake' Charlie in the Montreal paddock next week.
An amusing story doing the rounds is that FIA race director Charlie Whiting will meet a 'fake' Charlie in the Montreal paddock next week.
A number of tweets from 'Charlie Whiting' have appeared on Twitter, while the man himself admits that he barely knows what Twitter is, never mind taking an active part.
The FIA's technical eyes and ears was initially bemused when people started saying how much they enjoyed his tweets.
The tweets are apparently good-humoured and do nothing to malign Whiting's reputation, so he is unconcerned and amused enough to meet his alter-ego.
