The improved access to the Silverstone circuit is a success with no major traffic problems being reported on Saturday, despite the fact that the new A43 bypass is still not fully open.

THE improved access to the Silverstone circuit is a success with no major traffic problems being reported on Saturday, despite the fact that the new A43 bypass is still not fully open. Parts of the new road are being used to feed the cars into the circuit and all the signs are that the problems of traffic at Silverstone are now a thing of the past.

Now Formula 1 needs to look at traffic problems at Magny-Cours...
