While still recovering from his injuries suffered at the Rally of Andora last February, F1 driver Robert Kubica slipped on an icy road close to his home in Pietrasanta, Italy and was sent to the Versillia hospital in Viareggio where he underwent x-rays on his right leg. According to sources Kubica has broken his right tibia in the exact same spot as 11 months ago. Kubica has since left Versillia and was on his way to the hospital in Pietra Ligure where the doctors who oversaw his rehabilitation this past year will perform surgery on the injured leg.
