The Force India F1 team is to run no fewer than seven drivers at the forthcoming Jerez testing with Giancarlo Fisichella, Franck Montagny and Ralf Schumacher joining Christian Klien and Tonio Liuzzi. The team will also run Roldan Rodriguez and Giedo van der Garde.

This broadens the list of possible candidates for the team, which is expected to run Adrian Sutil in 2008.

A decision about the driver line-up is expected at some point before Christmas.

The fact that Fisichella is testing for the team is a sign that there is now little hope for the Roman driver at Renault F1.
