DANNY SULLIVAN's plan to find a young American racer for Formula 1 is beginning to study candidates for the Red Bull-sponsored scheme and has introduced an e-mail address for those wishing to be considered for a prize. Sullivan says that he does not want endless detail about individual but rather a short summary of a driver with his date of birth and a brief explanation of the candidate's racing career.
