The Formula 1 world is going through a quiet patch at the moment but today in Maranello the team principals will meet to discuss their response to the FIA's demand for proposals for new regulations. The likelihood of there being much progress is small, because it is very hard for those involved to reach a consensus, but it seems that the teams are planning to discuss using a third party to try to negotiate compromises.

It remains to be seen whether or not the teams will also discuss a financial settlement that would cement a Concorde Agreement.
