Willi in trouble again

Willi Weber has had his fair share of legal action in recent years. Michael Schumacher's manager has been involved in a long-running action over Schumacher's contract which led earlier this year to claims of perjury which resulted in Weber agreeing to pay $61,000 to a charity. Now it seems Weber will have to go back to court again over alleged financial irregularities with a promotional company called Pole Position Marketing, which was at one point involved in the Schumacher merchandising industry.
