What happened to Williams?

THE only Formula 1 team which was not seen out testing last week was Williams and we hear that this was because the team is suffering from a serious shortage of spare parts for the FW21. If this is the case, it is a poor reflection on the industrial capacity of the once-dominant team, even taking into account the pre-season accidents that the team had to cope with at Kyalami, followed by Alessandro Zanardi's sizeable accident in Melbourne.

The team is expected to be in action this week at Magny-Cours.
