Today is the day for F1 entries
The entries for the 2003 Formula 1 World Championship close today and all eyes are on the Arrows team to see if an entry will be made.
The federation is not saying who has made entries so far but there have been suggestions in recent days that Arrows has yet to file the necessary paperwork - and if it does not do so by the end of the day the team will not be in F1 next year.
