Schumacher set to don football boots again in Monaco
MICHAEL SCHUMACHER is expected to don his football boots again this month for the annual charity football match prior to the Monaco Grand Prix on May 27.
Schumacher, who is a keen footballer, is likely to captain the Star Team for Children against a Monaco all-star team captained by Prince Albert of Monaco.
Sabine Kehm, Schumacher's press officer, said on Tuesday that it is "very likely" Schumacher will play in the match, which is just five days before the Monaco race.
Brazilian football legend Pele is expected to make an appearance for the Monaco all-star team, while Schumacher could be joined by fellow Formula One drivers Giancarlo Fisichella and Jarno Trulli.
The match, which is in aid of the l'AMADE charity which helps children in need throughout the world, will be held on May 22 at the Stade Louis II stadium in Monte Carlo.
