Kimi Raikkonen ended the week of testing in Jerez on top of the timesheet for McLaren. The young Finn completed over 50 laps of the Spanish circuit, finishing the day just tenths quicker than Mark Webber in the Jaguar and Anthony Davidson for BAR.

Raikkonen was joined by test driver Alexander Wurz for McLaren. The Austrian managed nearly 80 laps, finishing the day fourth fastest. Ralf Schumacher and Marc Gene wrapped up Williams' testing effort in Jerez. Gene spent the week running the new BMW P83 engine.

Also in action Saturday were Fernando Alonso, Sebastien Bourdais and Franck Montagny for Renault, Jenson Button, who made his BAR debut this week and Antonio Pizzonia, who's Jaguar suffered more mechanical problems, limiting him to just 8 laps for the day.

The Christmas testing ban is now underway, so the teams will return to Jerez early in the new year.
