BERNIE ECCLESTONE and his wife Slavica take sixth place in a survey of Britain's top 300 millionaires published in the Mail on Sunday newspaper this week.

"The Rich Report 2001" has Mr. and Mrs. E posted as being worth £1.9 billion pounds while the only other two motor racing personalities who make this exclusive group are Tom Walkinshaw, in joint 161st place on £180 million pounds, and Ron Dennis, 178th on £170 million pounds.

The newspaper explains that the top 300 comprises those who are British citizens, or hold a British passport, and those who spend the majority of their time in the UK or whose fortunes are based here.

Heading the list is Dr. Hans Rausig, the man behind the Tetra Pak fortune made out of manufacturing milk cartons, with a wealth of 5.96 billion pounds - comfortably ahead of second place man The Duke of Westminster on 3.96 billion pounds.
