Mercedes to receive time penalty?

It appears that following the race that Mercedes GP did not comply to the minimum tyre pressues recommended by Pirrelli, with Lewis Hamilton's left rear tyre being 0.3 psi below the recommendation and Nico Rosberg's tyres being 1.1 psi low.

The paddock is expecting them to be handed an added time penalty to the results, although some in the paddock feel that the correct penalty would be disqualification.

In the closing stages of the race Mercedes GP radioed to Hamilton to speed up his laps, presumably to increase his lead over Vettel to hopefully retain the win.

We await the decision of the race stewards.
