McLaren, Jaguar kick off Valencia test
McLaren and Jaguar began a three day testing session in Valencia on Tuesday, where both teams fielded two 2002-spec chassis.
MCLAREN and Jaguar began a three day testing session in Valencia on Tuesday, where both teams fielded two 2002-spec chassis. Alexander Wurz topped the time sheets, completing 92 laps of the circuit, and was followed by teammate Kimi Raikkonen in the second MP4/17.
The Jaguar duo of Pedro De la Rosa and Eddie Irvine completed just 19 laps combined. The Milton Keynes based team unveiled a new floor and revised rear suspension Tuesday, and is set to complete more comprehensive testing over the next two days.
