Magny-Cours announces new facility plans

THE Magny-Cours circuit have announced radical new redevelopment plans to be completed in time for the French Grand Prix on July 1.

Four new grandstands are to be constructed boasting a total of over 4610 seats. The grandstands may only be temporary with all the circuit infrastructures set to be revised in 2002.

Nine giant screens will also be set around the track to ensure the spectators get a detailed view of the race.
