Korea will happen in 1998

OUR sources insist that there will be a Korean Grand Prix in 1998 - as announced a year ago at the British GP. There had been some doubt about the event taking place because of the political problems in the country. We understand, however, that a track will be finished this year and that a race will take place. Bernie Ecclestone is believed to be sending Frenchman Philippe Gurdjian to Korea to oversee the arrangements for the event now that Gurdjian has finished his role as promoter of the French GP.
