Sponsorship agent Udo Schneider has been sentences to four years in jail for his role in a bribery case related to a sponsorship deal he arranged with the German computer chip manufacturer Infineon.
Sponsorship agent Udo Schneider has been sentences to four years in jail for his role in a bribery case related to a sponsorship deal he arranged with the German computer chip manufacturer Infineon. There are allegations that Schneider made payments of more than $300,000 in bribes to former Infineon board members in return for the sponsorship deal. Schneider had admitted paying bribes but the executives involved are denying that this ever took place.
