Indianapolis and SAP to raise money for Red Cross
The race sponsor SAP has already announced that will donate $100,000 to the United States Grand Prix fund. The company has already promised $3m to other funds. IMS and SAP have also bought 100,000 American flags which will be distributed to the fans as they enter the facility on Sunday and there will be a variety of tributes to those who have been involved in rescue operations.
"More than 400 million people around the world are expected to watch the SAP United States Grand Prix on Sunday," said the SAP's Marty Homlish. "What better way could there be to demonstrate the spirit of America than with a strong display of patriotism, international brotherhood and community outreach."
