Humble Schumacher

MICHAEL SCHUMACHER is continuing to play down suggestions that he has already sewn up this year's Formula One world championship crown.

The Ferrari driver's humble words come as he bids to record his sixth win of the season and equal the late Ayrton Senna's 41 career victories at the Magny-Cours circuit.

"I know that I am in a strong position, but there is a long way to go and we can do all the talking when the time is right," said the German, who last won the world championship in 1995 with Benetton.

"I have got to keep on performing, keep winning if I can and get the results that I need. When no-one can catch me, then that is the time to talk about the title, not now."
