Heavy rain postpones Qualifying

Qualifying for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix was postponed until Sunday morning due to severe weather conditions.

Originally set for Saturday at 3 p.m. local time, the session was delayed as torrential rain, thunder, and lightning hit the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace.

The FIA deemed the track unsafe due to pools of standing water and limited visibility, prioritizing the safety of drivers, team members, and spectators.

The start time for Sunday’s rescheduled qualifying will be announced soon, with the session taking place shortly before the main event.
