Hamilton's penalty

The FIA Stewards have ruled that Lewis Hamilton should be penalised for using two sets of wet tyres on Friday morning - but the fine of $22,000 and a voluntary agreement to surrender the partially-worn wets to the FIA so that they cannot be used.
