Timo Glock is free to join Toyota. The news has been confirmed by BMW Motorsport boss Mario Theissen. There had been a dispute over the terms of an agreement between the German driver and Toyota and this meant that the contract was previously rejected by the Contract Recognition Board. It seems that a new contract has now been prepared and that means that Glock can race for Toyota next year. This would seem to suggest that the problem was one concerning the duration of the contract. That means that it is possible that BMW still has some claim on Glock at some point in the future - a first option perhaps - but that he is free in 2008.
