Formula One confirms website acquisition
As we revealed some weeks ago, Formula1.com has been acquired by the Formula One Group and it has now been announced that the website will become the official website of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
The website will be launched at some point later in the year and promises to have exciting features and services.
The existing website will continue as it is while the new site is developed.
FormulaOne.com, in the meantime, is still owned by a company producing sunscreens for cars.
