Fisichella hits back at Schumacher

ITALIAN Giancarlo Fisichella has launched an attack on Michael Schumacher over their collision in the German Grand Prix.

ITALIAN Giancarlo Fisichella has launched an attack on Michael Schumacher over their collision in the German Grand Prix.

German Schumacher blamed the Benetton driver for the accident on the opening corner at Hockenheim last weekend but Fisichella has blasted Schumacher's criticism.

"I found Michael's criticism deeply hurtful and I do not think he has the right to behave like this in order to justify himself," Fisichella said. "He maintains because he was in front of me, he had the right to do as he wished.

"I do not believe that is the case and at the next race we will have to talk about it. It was a normal racing accident. In fact, the commissionaires have so far attributed responsibilities at 50-50."
