F1 sets up shop in Indianapolis
The Formula 1 teams have now begun gathering in the United States with the first flying out on Sunday, in some cases sharing planes with the CART teams heading home after the Rockingham 500. The racing cars and equipment should be starting to arrive at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway today.
There are still worries about whether or not the race is going to draw a big crowd with tickets sales down because of the lack of American interest in the racing and as a result of the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington which have caused large number of people to cancel their planned visits to Indianapolis. However this means that people wanting to come in at the last minute can now do so.
