THE Credit Suisse company has revealed that it is currently spending $17m a year on its sponsorship with Sauber but the Swiss financial company says that it is delighted with the program and "wants the deal to go for a long time". Credit Suisse owns a majority shareholding in the Sauber team - in addition to the sponsorship.
The team is currently battling for fourth place in the World Championship with Renault Sport and is doing so at a fraction of the budget of the Anglo-French operation.
