MOTOR RACING film maker Brian Kreisky and four members of his family were killed when his turboprop aircraft crashed just after take-off from Blackbushe Airport in Hampshire on Saturday. Kreisky was flying to Palma in majorca for the Christmas holiday. Although there was thick fog, eyewitnesses report that the engine was misfiring as it came down. It crashed into a rubber warehouse about 200 yards from the end of the runway.

It is ironic that he should have died in a plane crash for he made his fortune producing videos of motor racing accidents.

Kreisky was a close associate of Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone although with the restrictions on TV companies operating in F1 he did not do much work in Grand Prix racing in recent years.
