BMW-WILLIAMS have announced that Brazilian petroleum company Petrobras will continue to supply the Oxfordshire-based team with racing fuels for the next two years.

Since the start of their alliance in 1998, BMW-Williams claim that Petrobras has produced a series of highly-acclaimed fuels for the team.

"The renewal of the contract is very good news for the BMW-Williams F1 team," said team boss Frank Williams.

"In Formula One you need every advantage possible and Petrobras has more than delivered in its area. It is a much appreciated partner of the team."
