Barrichello returns to feature in Ferrari's Fiorano program

GERMAN GRAND PRIX winner Rubens Barrichello returned to the cockpit of his Ferrari on Tuesday - but this time it was for the task of testing the aerodynamic settings at Fiorano.

GERMAN GRAND PRIX winner Rubens Barrichello returned to the cockpit of his Ferrari on Tuesday - but this time it was for the task of testing the aerodynamic settings at Fiorano.

The Brazilian, who earned his first ever victory with a superb performance at Hockenheim, joined test driver Luca Badoer and worked on a program designed at improving the aerodynamic and suspension performance of the car.

Barrichello completed 74 laps as he posted a fastest lap time of one minute and 01.682 seconds as well as practicing three starts.

Badoer, who will continue for a third day on Wednesday, produced a quickest lap time of one minute and 01.748 seconds. The Italian was assigned to test new components that will be used in the Hungarian Grand Prix.
