Barrichello flies home to relax

FERRARI's Rubens Barrichello has already flown to Brazil to begin preparations for the coming Grand Prix at Interlagos by relaxing at home.

The Brazilian has not finished a race in his native country since 1994, and he is hoping a bit of acclimatization and relaxation with his wife and family will put him in the right frame of mind to halt the dismal home run.

While Barrichello relaxes and tries to acclimatize for his home race, team-mate Michael Schumacher will be in Barcelona trying to improve the Ferrari and keep the team ahead of the pack.

But Barrichello will keep in constant contact with the Ferrari squad, and calls the team every day to speak to Ross Brawn, Jean Todt, and his race engineer, to make sure he knows how the developments are progressing.
