British American Racing is not short of drivers but the Brackley team is going to try out a couple more this autumn, having announced plans to run Formula 3000 drivers Townsend Bell and Bjorn Wirdheim. The team currently employs Jacques Villeneuve and Jenson Button plus test drivers Takuma Sato and Anthony Davidson. It is possible that Villeneuve will leave at the end of the year and so in theory at least there is the potential of another test driver job if one of the existing testers moves up into the racing team.
