British American Racing engineers Jock Clear and Tristan Timmins will be out of action this afternoon following a road accident this morning on their way into the Silverstone circuit. The car in which they were travelling was hit by another car after it had been involved in a head-on collision on the road that goes from Stowe to Silverstone. Both men were taken to hospital for a check up and are all right but they are not expected to take part in the race this afternoon with the team having called in the test team engineers led by Mark Ellis to do the job. Clear is Takuma Sato's senior engineer while Timmins works as race engineer on Jenson Button's car.
